Last year, we took you out
along Sand Springs, Mountain Wells, "Pucker Canyon",
the old Pony Express Route, and Hooten Wells.
This year, we've got a special
treat.
During the Night Rally,
we'll introduce you to the vast desert under the light of the
moon. We'll take you past historical trails, sacred native lands,
and massive dry lakes. You might think you know where you are,
but do you really? In the small glare of headlights, even the
familiar becomes alien.
Then we'll turn you around
for the Day Rally and really test your knowledge of navigation.
Across salt flats and deep into mountain canyons, this beautiful
landscape will reveal its secrets around every bend. Journey
with us into the Silver State's past and explore a side very
few have seen of this marvelous land.
We are also giving more
members of the team a chance to hunt for the Route, Progressive
and Checkpoint Challenge Caches. As long as a member is over
the age of 15, that person will be able to look for the cache.
But, only one member of the team will hunt for a particular cache.
For the Multi-Cache, every
member of the team will get a chance to walk out into the desert
for the hunt. Yes, you will be heading into the Great Unknown
during the Night Rally, so you'd better eat your carrots.
